In Life

Think Spring!

Hi, friends. It’s the first week of spring, and I don’t know about you but I’m ready for it! I can see my star magnolia bursting through the buds and the other trees in the neighborhood gradually turning green. The promise of spring is growth and awakening – how awesome that nature can remind us of all there is to love in the world.

Today my heart is full of gratitude. Not because life is perfect – far from it. But in the midst of it all, I can and want to recognize good, peace, and love.  I am particularly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to travel and experience our world. Travel has opened my mind, my heart and is integral to my joy. And it has been an inspiration for the p.s. bonjour goods we find and make.  Thanks so much for your support and companionship on this journey.  🙂  I’m grateful and excited to share 2 events coming up rather quickly!

The first is Crafty Mart in Akron, Ohio on Sat, April 2. We will be selling our French/European inspired handmade items at their Mom & Pop Shoppe, an arts and crafts market focused on spring, celebrating Mom’s and Dad’s, and maybe finding a gift or two for them for Mother’s and Father’s Day!  Crafty Mart is a great organization with wonderful vendors in unique locations; p.s. bonjour will be setup at the Akron Art Museum – how cool is that?!  For more info, check out the the Mom and Pop Shoppe Facebook event page.

The next event I want to share is the Avon Lake Summer Market on Fri-Sat, July 29-30! I really love this market – the setting, the vendors, the people, and the goods. Last year, I even took some pictures and did a little blog post about it. So this year I’m super excited to announce that p.s. bonjour will be a vendor, too! We are thrilled to be among those selected and are working super hard to share some awesome handmade as well as vintage French goods.  For more info, check out the Summer Market Facebook event page.

We’ll keep you posted if we add any other events. But in the meantime, enjoy your spring and let’s meet up at a market or two, eh? 🙂
